Please read the following Terms of Use and Conditions carefully. By using this site and ordering with NutritionArsenal.com, you are acknowledging your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described here.
ORDER ONLINE:
All orders can be placed online via the shopping cart checkout process of this website, using our 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encrypted connection.
ORDER BY PHONE:
Orders (with some exceptions) can be placed via phone during our phone order hours (See below).
We will NOT accept phone orders for prohormone, anti-estrogen or ephedra products. These products must be ordered online because you must verify your age as well as read and accept our Terms & Conditions.

When placing a credit card order online or over the phone, you will need:
- Credit Card billing address (address where the card’s statement is sent)
- CVV2 code (the 3-4 digit code found on the back of the card)
Please make sure you are using the correct billing address for your credit card. We reserve the right not to ship your order if the billing address does not verify.

Make payable to “Nutrition Arsenal.” Money order must be for full amount of order, including tax and shipping charges. Order will not be shipped until money order is received. Mail the money order and a copy of your invoice to the address on your receipt page after placing your order. You MUST include your order invoice so we can match your money order up to the order that has been placed. This can be printed out via the Order History page in your account.
We do NOT accept C.O.D. or checks of any kind.

Special Instructions for APO/FPO orders:
- FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
We support our troops! All military orders $25 or more shipped to APO or FPO addresses (AA, AE, or AP) will ship free of charge. Just select the Free Military Shipping option during checkout.
- SHIPPING ADDRESS:
When indicating your shipping address, “APO” or “FPO” will be your “City,” “AA,” “AE,” or “AP” will be your “State,” and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34, or 96. Leave the “Country” as “United States.”
- DELIVERY TIME:
In addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get your package to the APO or FPO (3-15 days), you will then have to wait on the military delivering your package to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do NOT ship international orders at this time.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
If you require any special shipping instructions, please specify this in the “Delivery Instructions” field of the checkout process. However, we cannot guarantee that all delivery instructions (such as "leave on porch") will be followed, since it is up to your mail carrier's individual discretion as to what he or she feels is the best and most secure way to safely deliver your package.
All shipping rates are flat rates (regardless of order size and weight) and are the same for orders:
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping -- $5.95
- Flat Rate Shipping with Expedited Handling* -- $7.95
- Flat Rate Shipping plus Insurance -- $8.95
- Flat Rate Shipping with Expedited Handling* plus Insurance -- $10.95
*EXPEDITED HANDING:
Orders placed with an “Expedited Handling” shipping option are given priority handling and guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours (or 1 full business day, if placed on a weekend or holiday) of being placed. These orders go to the front of the list and will ship same day if placed early in the day before our shipping deadline.
Orders will be delivered within 1-10 business days from the time they are shipped (not including processing and handling time). The delivery time of your order is largely based on your location.
If you somehow enter incorrect address information during the checkout process or need a package re-routed, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
Nutrition Arsenal will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. Shipping labels are automatically generated using standardized forms of the exact shipping information you enter during the checkout process. If you provide incorrect information (including, but not limited to, wrong zip code or missing apartment number), you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us for this correction. Only UPS orders can be re-routed. If your order is shipped USPS, it will be your responsibility to contact us and arrange a re-ship once the package is returned to us.
UPS and USPS charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages including – but not limited to – incorrect addresses, refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for Nutrition Arsenal’s actual cost of shipping and return charges. If you wish to re-ship the package or ship to a different address, you will be re-charged for the shipping method of your choice. If you would like to cancel a returned and undelivered order, a 25% re-stock fee will apply to all products.
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Nutrition Arsenal within 24 hours of receipt. Nutrition Arsenal will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Nutrition Arsenal will then pick up the damaged product and, depending on your case, either send replacements or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
In the rare event that Nutrition Arsenal ships you an item other than what you ordered (as seen on your order invoice), do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us immediately so we can exchange it for the correct item at our expense. Nutrition Arsenal is not responsible for wrong items or flavors ordered due to customer’s error.
If you decide to return or exchange any products ordered for any other reason:
- In order to qualify for return, product must be unopened and unused.
- You must contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. No unauthorized returns - A valid return authorization number MUST be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package.
- All merchandise must be returned at your expense and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returns must be filed within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- No returns will be accepted on prohormones, anti-estrogens, ephedra products, books and DVDs. All sales are final on these items.
We absolutely DO NOT accept returns on opened products. We also do not accept returns for reasons of dislike of product taste or dissatisfaction with product results. In these situations, we recommend contacting the product’s manufacturer directly to deal with your concerns.
- If for any reason you decide to cancel or change an order after it has been processed, please notify us immediately.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been shipped.
- If you refuse to provide required information to ship your package, your order will be cancelled.
Because nutritional products and supplements are currently non-taxable in the State of New York, most of our products are not subject to sales tax.
Non-nutritional products (such as books, DVDs and videos, workout gear, devices and apparel) are subject to sales tax in the State of New York and a sales tax of 8% will be applied to these products on orders placed by New York State residents only.
A “chargeback” refers to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed. There is no reason for a chargeback to be filed on orders placed on NutritionArsenal.com. If a credit is rightfully due, please contact us and we will issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can and will be prosecuted to full extent of the law. If you feel that your credit or debit card has been used fraudulently on this website or if you have incorrect charges by us, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
By using this website, you agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit or debit card on this site. If you chargeback a credit or debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that Nutrition Arsenal may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary (including, but not limited to, recharging your credit or debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency).
The FDA has recommended that consumers should not use bodybuilding products marketed as containing steroids or steroid-like substances.
