Suggested Use: Chew 1 to 2 tablets twice daily. Leave particles under tongue for 1 minute for faster absorption. Spread doses evenly throughout the day to maintain peak blood levels. 1 serving prior to work out is ideal. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day. Do not exceed 4 weeks of continuous use.
