Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times per day. For best results, space dosage out evenly throughout the day.
This product is normally used for 4 to 6 weeks. Do not take for more than 6 weeks. Take at least an 8 week break between cycles of this product.
